4 Indian-Americans in the United States, including a couple from Silicon Valley, have been accused of connivance to submit H-1B visa extortion, among different offenses, government prosecutors have said.

The couple – Venkat and Sunitha Guntipally – alongside two others Pratap “Bounce” Sandhya rami reddy and Kondamoori has been charged in a 33-tally prosecution recorded a week ago asserting violations regarding the accommodation of fake applications for H1B claim to fame occupation work visas.

As indicated by the arraignment, the four litigants purportedly utilized three California organizations to arrange the despicable accommodation of more than one hundred H1B visa applications.

In an announcement, the United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of California said the coupling group of Sunitha and Venkat from the Silicon Valley established & possessed DS Soft Tech & Equine, two vacation staffing organizations for innovation firms.

Every one of the four respondents is accused of a scheme to confer visa misrepresentation, false articulations, mail extortion, the obstacle of equity, and witness altering and helping and abetting these offenses, the announcement said.
