36th Express Entry Draw –PR Invitations Issued To 752 Candidates

Canada Express Entry Scheme in the latest Draw conducted on June 15 issued 752 permanent residence invitations to the candidates who secured 488 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).

The Ranking is done based on the points obtained by candidates in the express entry pool of intended migrants. Based on age, Skills, qualifications and work experience candidates are awarded points, those who secure cutoff score will be invited to apply for the Canada Permanent Residence.

Canada Express Entry Scheme is economic migration program that accepts migrants based on the need of the labor market.

Irrespective of nationality, Canada accepts immigrants based on Skills, the immigration is economic driven and people who are qualified to work in its industries.

Canada Express Entry Scheme was introduced in the year 2015 with the great efforts of the then Immigration Minister Chris Alexander.

The four major streams of the Canada Express Entry Scheme are Canada Federal Skilled Workers Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canada Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Programs.

Since the program began in 2015, 36 express entry draws have been conducted by the Canada Immigration. Over 35000 people are issued Invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canada Permanent Residence. There are a number of cases that have been granted visas in just 6 six months, according to the annual report of Canada Express Entry 2015.

The Present Liberal Government is planning to review the whole system of immigration and Canada Express Entry Scheme too.

Some additional points will be given to the international students in Canada’s Express Entry Scheme.
